Excerpt from

Taking Care of What You Hold in Your Heart

Whatever we place in our hearts can have power, because we give it our will. We treasure what is in our hearts, whether it is true or not true, whether it is beneficial for us or pulls us down. Here we identify at a deep level, and so this affects not only our feelings and self image, but also what we are open to in life and what we feel is not open to us.

We treasure and worship what we hold in our hearts. Not only do we ourselves respond to what is in our hearts but life and the people around us respond also. In this way, whether we are conscious of it or not, we attract to ourselves our experiences that are in tune with what we worship and give power in our hearts. This is how we manifest our experiences and our destiny. Take care of what you hold in your heart  .  .  .
